In March 2018 the National Puppetry Archive, in association with the Wolverhampton Art Gallery, staged a very successful exhibition of TV puppets.
There were a number of special lectures given supporting this, and on 24th March a packed house heard Mary Turner give a fascinating presentation on her lifetime’s work in puppetry. While her work on Thunderbirds and other Gerry Anderson films is well known, this lecture covers so much more.
